‘Men Of A Certain Age’ Cancelled

men of certain ageDespite great critical acclaim (and a second Emmy nomination yesterday for Andre Braugher), TNT just cancelled the dramedy Men of a Certain Age.

Ray Romano, Scott Bakula, and Braugher starred in the show that simply failed to find an audience. To no one's surprise at all, the show only managed a .4 rating in the desired 18-49 demographic. While we’re always sad to see a great show go down, trying to attract a younger audience to a show about an older demographic just doesn’t make sense. And we also were really happy to see Romano find some critical acclaim, but alas it couldn't last. I guess this means TNT can go back to making cop shows about two lady cops that totally aren’t lesbians at all. No way.
