After scaring the hell out of everyone as Margaret Thatcher just this morning, Meryl Streep is back in the headlines already. Variety reports that the Hollywood icon is very close to re-teaming with The Devil Wears Prada director David Frankel for the film Great Hope Springs, an upcoming project from screenwriter Vanessa Taylor. The film focuses on a middle-aged couple who heads to an intense counseling weekend to examine their intimacy issues after 30 years of marriage. At this point, the obvious next move is to make some awful joke about how Great Hope Springs sounds exactly like Couple's Retreat, but we're assuming you made that connection anyway, so we'll leave that to your imagination. Plus, this is MERYL FUCKING STREEP, a.k.a. the best ACTRESS TO EVER LIVE EVER, and really, the only person who it's genuinely not cool to make fun of.
