Jude Law's former fiancée Sienna Miller has urged the press to respect the actor's privacy as he comes to terms with the news that he is to be a father again.
The British actor has been hit with the revelation that model Samantha Burke is seven months pregnant with a baby girl after they enjoyed a relationship while he was shooting new movie Sherlock Holmes in New York earlier this year.
Miller was previously engaged to her Alfie co-star, but they split after his infidelity with his children's nanny was exposed in 2005.
But Miller has come to her ex-lover's defense after news of his recent romantic woes came to light -- urging the press to take a step back and give Law some space.
She says, "I don't think it's any of our business to talk about that. It's not mine and it's not anyone's. It's a very private matter, I think."
Law already has three kids from his former marriage to actress Sadie Frost: Rafferty, 12, Iris, 8, and Rudy Indiana Otis, 6.
