Minnelli axes Hot In Cleveland shoot
The Cabaret star was due to fly to Los Angeles to shoot a cameo in the sitcom next week (begs13Feb12) but she's bowed out citing health issues.
She has been told not to travel after a recent X-ray scan confirmed her ankle has still not completely healed following an accident at her home in November (11).
Producers are now scrambling to find a replacement for Minnelli, who was due to play an eccentric talent agent.
A spokesperson tells TVGuide.com Minnelli hopes to make a future appearance on the TV series.
