THURSDAY MORNING UPDATE: A Los Angeles-based photographer, Brigitte Daguerre, has gone public with claims that she had sex with James four times over the span of a year beginning in 2008.

Daguerre says she has 195 text messages -- most of which were graphic (tame sample: "I'll be your monkey") -- between her and James.



Although he still has a while to go before reaching Tiger Woodsian levels of (reported) infidelity, Jesse James has been hit with another cheating claim by a second alleged mistress.

Granted, the woman claiming to be James’ mistress, Melissa Smith, went to Star magazine with her story, but James didn’t exactly deny the original rumored affair with Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee -- so there’s reason to not totally dismiss the inevitable barrage of mistresses who come forward.

Smith claims she met James in 2006 -- just one year after he married his now estranged wife Sandra Bullock -- through her MySpace page, after he promised her a “ride” once she moved to California.

She tells Star: "I got a message from this guy saying, 'Nice car...that’s my godfather’s.' After a few exchanges, he introduced himself as Jesse James and gave me his e-mail address with the name Vanilla Gorilla."

Bullock, who was reportedly off filming The Blind Side while James was said to be having his affair with McGee, has since moved out of the California house the couple shared.
