Filmmaker Michael Moore fears his new documentary Capitalism: A Love Story will be his last -- because the footage will grossly offend the financiers who back his projects.
The director's latest venture is a scathing critique of America's Wall Street and lays bare capitalist greed amongst the country's bankers.
Moore is adamant that he didn't let financial ties stand in the way of his expose, admitting many of the corporations that put up money for the film will be unhappy with the results.
He says, "Why would these companies give money to me, a guy who is diametrically opposed to everything they stand for? One of the beautiful flaws of capitalism is they will use the rope you give them to hang themselves, if you can make a buck.
"I think this will be the last time they will give me that money."
But Moore is determined to get around the problem by saving up profits from all of his previous films so he can continue making documentaries in the future.
He adds, "I have been saving up my money from (2007 film) Sicko to get to this day. I will always make my own movies, now I have the money to make them."
