HOLLYWOOD - Actor Shemar Moore has been fined $1,400 and ordered to do community service after entering a no-contest plea for speeding.
Just hours after being charged with two counts of driving under the influence on Friday, the 37-year-old's lawyer made the plea and the DUI charges were dropped.
Moore, who has also been placed on probation, was arrested on June 1 after being pulled over by Los Angeles police near Santa Monica Boulevard at 1:30 a.m.
He was arrested and taken to a local police station, before being released after posting $5,000 bail.
