HOLLYWOOD - The film depicting supermodel Kate Moss snorting cocaine in a London recording studio has reportedly been turned over as evidence to police.
British tabloid the Daily Mirror, who originally broke news of the scandal in September, were allegedly ordered to hand over the videotape by a judge presiding over Moss' drug abuse investigation.
The footage, which has been leaked on the Internet, shows grainy images of Moss snorting a substance with her then-boyfriend Pete Doherty, frontman of rock band Babyshambles.
In the wake of the scandal Moss lost lucrative modeling contracts with a string of top companies, including Chanel, Burberry and H&M, and was forced to undergo a stint in rehab in Arizona.
Fears of police charges are reportedly delaying her return to England.
