The man who pays Homer Simpson's wages has topped a new magazine poll to find the worst TV boss.

The Simpsons' C. Montgomery Burns has beaten celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Tony Soprano and Donald Trump to land the top spot on the TV Guide list.

Grey's Anatomy's Miranda Bailey, played by Chandra Wilson, topped the publication's Best Boss list, beating Melrose Place's Amanda Woodward and the man behind Charlie's Angels, Charles Townsend.
