Director Jon Turteltaub is in talks with CBS Films to direct Last Vegas, THR has revealed. Written by Dan Fogelman (Crazy, Stupid, Love), the project is billed as a comedy concerning "a quartet of retired boomers who are called upon for a Vegas bachelor party by their friend, a ladies man who is finally settling down and marrying a woman half his age." Which sounds suspiciously like Wild Hogs meets The Hangover. Can't wait!
Turteltaub has heretofore focused mainly on broad, family-friendly action fare. His most recent films include The Sorcerer's Apprentice and both National Treasure films.
