'New Moon' Soundtrack Announced!
The New Moon soundtrack list was released today, and it looks, well, awesome. The album is loaded with tracks from a slew of indie acts including hipster heavy hitters Death Cab For Cutie, Grizzy Bear and Radiohead's Thom Yorke. The soundtrack is composed exclusively of original material and will be released on October 20 by Atlantic Records. The album can be pre-ordered through Amazon.com.
In an interview with Hollywood.com in July, New Moon director Chris Weitz discussed the soundtrack and said, "it’s exciting to be able to have access to this kind of talent."
We fully agree.
