Yahoo! Movies today debuted the first full-length trailer for The Skin I Live In (La Piel Que Habito), the Pedro Almodovar thriller that delighted audiences at this year's Cannes Film Festival, earning such enthusiastic plaudits as "depraved," "demented," and "more outrageous and disturbing than you could have possibly imagined" from critics. The new clip, which is really just an extended version of the teaser trailer released in June with some helpful title cards added, offers a shudder-inducing array of images that hint at the exquisite horrors to come:

The Skin I Live In stars Antonio Banderas, Elena Anaya, and Marisa Paredes. It opens October 14, 2011.
