HOLLYWOOD - A friend of Paris Hilton's new boyfriend Stavros Niarchos has accused the celebrity socialite of using racial insults against him, labeling him a "lazy Mexican."
Brian Quintana served Hilton's legal representatives with a "cease and desist" letter last month, and applied for a restraining order against the hotel heiress last Friday.
In legal papers, the L.A. events promoter also contends that Hilton has bombarded him with threatening phone calls in a bid to destroy his friendship with Greek shipping heir Niarchos, and alleges, "(Hilton) has a drug problem, some rather shady associates, and is known for erratic behavior."
Quintana has played a recorded phone conversation to the New York Daily News in which a female he claims is Hilton screams, "You're a pathetic f**king loser! Never call or text Paris or Stavros again!"
He tells the newspaper, "I moved in the past week, and I got one call where she said, 'We know you moved. Tell us where you moved to, p**sy boy.'"
Meanwhile, Hilton has apologized to the owners of Las Vegas nightclub Pure after fuming when they refused entry to her underage boyfriend Niarchos.
The shipping heir, 19, attempted to enter nightspot Pure for the New Year's Eve party, which Hilton's younger sister Nicky was hosting, but was turned away because he was two years shy of the legal drinking age.
According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, the Hilton sisters loudly stormed out of Pure at 3:30 a.m. on New Year's Day because security bosses turned Niarchos away.
Pure boss Steve Davidovici says, "He was definitely, 100 percent not allowed in the club," but confirmed the sisters apologized on Monday.
Earlier in the evening, Niarchos had been forced to welcome in 2006 in Tao's restaurant due to his age, despite Paris being paid $100,000 to host the bash in the adjoining nightclub.
