'Nip/Tuck' Goes Under the Knife

Julian McMahon and Dylan Walsh on FX's 'Nip/Tuck: Season 5'
Quirky plastic surgery drama Nip/Tuck has been cancelled after 100 episodes.

The show, starring Dylan Walsh and Julian McMahon, debuted in 2003 and became an instant critical and ratings hit.

But reports suggest that the most recent episode -- the 100th -- was the last. It wrapped on June 12.

Cast member John Hensley confirmed the sad news, telling PerezHilton.com, "I feel we've reached a creative impasse with regards to what we can do with this story.

"I just feel that we were a show that was very good and innovative at one point and we've gone the way of so many shows before us. Our moment has passed."

And fans face a long wait to see the final shows, which won't air until 2011.
