Former SNL Weekend Update host Norm MacDonald is making his return to television with Sports Show with Norm MacDonald. And yes, it will be about sports. And it will feature Norm MacDonald. Comedy Central has given the green light to the project and it will more than likely premiere as soon as April. This show will go alongside the other Comedy Central show focused on sports The Onion’s SportsDome, but seeing how well companion shows worked for The Daily Show and The Colbert Report (though MacDonald and SportsDome are not linked together), there probably won't be that much competition. Then again, there are stranger things in the world. Like DAVID HASSELHOFF’S POPULARITY IN GERMANY.
