Whip It
star (and Oscar nominee for
Juno
)
Ellen Page
is taking a step down to the small screen to write, produce and possibly star in a new HBO comedy series.
The show, (untentatively) titled
Stitch N’ Bitch
, centers on a couple of hipster girls as they move from Brooklyn to Los Angeles in search of a career in art, says
THR
.
Page is co-writing the series with two costars from
Whip It
:
Alia Shawkat
(Maeby Funke on
Arrested Development
) and
Sean Tillman
(much better known as Har Mar Superstar).
