Tony Parker Sues over Cheating Claims

Tony Parker and Eva Longoria
HOLLYWOOD - Eva Longoria's husband Tony Parker has filed a lawsuit against the bosses of a photo agency who alleged he cheated on his new wife with a French model.

Alexandra Paressant told X17 reporters she briefly romanced the basketball player after the couple exchanged telephone numbers at his wedding in July.

Parker has strongly refuted the claims, and now the Frenchman has filed a lawsuit against X17.

In the suit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Parker's legal team claims, "X17 had to know that the story was false, or, at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source."

He is seeking $20 million in damages.

According to Web site TMZ, Parker is angry the agency failed to "verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives, or....anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations."
