The Michael Jackson saga takes another twist today with reports that Jackson’s children, Michael Joseph Jackson Jr., Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince Michael Jackson II, are not Jackson’s biological children and were never legally adopted by the deceased singer.
According to reports from TMZ.com, the children, ages 12, 11 and 7, were conceived via in vitro fertilization. TMZ alleges that Jackson was not the sperm donor and that Debbie Rowe, long believed to be the children’s mother, was not the egg donor but served as a surrogate for the two older children.
Us Weekly reports that the sperm donor for the eldest children was Jackson’s longtime dermatologist Arnold Klein.
"He is the dad," a Jackson insider tells Us Weekly. "He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth."
The children are currently under temporary guardianship of their paternal grandmother Katherine Jackson.
Jackson’s body will return to Neverland Ranch on Thursday morning for a public viewing on Friday.
