HOLLYWOOD - Actor Sean Penn and wife Robin Wright are divorcing after 11 years of marriage.
According to People.com, the divorce was confirmed by the couple's spokesperson Mara Buxbaum.
The Mystic River star married Wright in 1996 and they have two children together: Dylan Frances, 16, and Hopper Jack, 14.
Penn began dating Wright in the early 1990s and they starred onscreen together in the 1997 movie She's So Lovely and Hurlyburly the following year.
It is the second divorce for Penn--he ended his marriage to pop star Madonna in 1989 after four years together.
