HOLLYWOOD - Pop star Pink has split from her husband of two years, Motocross racer Carey Hart.
The "Stupid Girls" singer, 28, married 32-year-old Hart in January 2006 at a ceremony in Costa Rica.
The star--real name Alecia Moore--recently denied reports her marriage was in trouble but has now confirmed the split.
Pink’s publicist Michele Schweitzer insists her client and Hart have ended their relationship on amicable terms.
She tells People.com, "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."
