HOLLYWOOD - Arnold Schwarzenegger, instead of promoting his controversial movie-to-come Collateral Damage, will spend his time as National Chair of the after school program Lights on Afterschool!. "The hours after school are when kids are most susceptible to negative influences, and I have seen first hand the unbelievable difference it makes when a child has a safe place to go after the school day ends."
