HOLLYWOOD - Actor Brad Renfro entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of attempted felony drug possession after a brief appearance in a Los Angeles courtroom this morning.
Renfro was arrested last month after allegedly trying to buy heroin from undercover officers during a sting operation in the 'skid row' section of Los Angeles.
The Apt Pupil star has been free on bail since his arrest in December and is currently in a drug treatment program, according to his lawyer.
Renfro is scheduled to appear in court again next month.
