In a surprise turn of events, People magazine reports that Chris Brown and Rihanna are back together.
Nearly three weeks after the couple split over a fight that allegedly escalated to violence and a felony arrest for Brown, sources tell the mag they’ve patched things up.
"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source who added, "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."
A source also told People that Brown called the “Umbrella” singer on her 21st birthday last week. "He called to wish her happy birthday," they told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."
The pair is reportedly spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs’ homes.
Brown was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department for making criminal threats and is waiting to go before the District Attorney, who will decide how to move forward on the charges, if at all.
