HOLLYWOOD - Horror king George Romero will direct the movie version of Stephen King's novel From a Buick 8.
The celebrated filmmaker will tell the story of a boy who discovers a dark secret about his state trooper father after he is killed on duty.
Previous adaptations of King's novels have become Hollywood blockbusters, with The Shawshank Redemption and Stand by Me two of the most successful.
