HOLLYWOOD - Police have confirmed Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear's 10-year-old daughter was with her father when the rocker was arrested for drunk driving on Tuesday night.
The Bon Jovi star was pulled over in Laguna Beach after Orange County, California, traffic cops spotted him driving erratically.
A police spokesman reveals Sambora's passengers included his girlfriend and daughter Ava.
Sambora was detained by police and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on May 7.
