HOLLYWOOD - Arnold Schwarzenegger has escaped a police fine for illegally driving his motorbike without a license, because police didn't witness his antics.
The Governor's failings were exposed after a motorbike ride with his 12-year-old son Patrick ended with a collision on Sunday.
Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) spokesman Officer Jason Lee, says, "The LAPD does not issue a motorist a citation unless that person is observed by the officer, committing a traffic violation."
The 58-year-old Terminator star says of his error, "I just never really got one. I never thought about it."
