HOLLYWOOD - Lord of the Rings star Andy Serkis has become the first name to sign up for Steven Spielberg's planned Tin Tin movie.
The British actor, who played the animated Gollum in the epic film trilogy, will play a lead role in the DreamWorks project, but there are no details as to the specific part.
The Pursuit of Happyness star Brian Howe has also revealed he has auditioned for a part in the Tin Tin film, based on the popular Belgian cartoon.
