Shailene Woodley might have reached new levels of notoriety thanks to her tremendous job in Alexander Payne's big screen triumph The Descendants, but she hasn't forgotten her roots: the star of The Secret Life of the American Teenager returns with her ABC Family series for a fifth season this spring.
Below, we see Woodley, who plays Amy Juergens, a teenaged girl whose unexpected pregnancy throws her life and that of her family for a loop. The series tries to paint a vibrant picture of the dramatic experience of a young girl dealing with unplanned pregnancy, and other of life's trials and tribulations.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager returns to ABC Family Monday, March 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
