HOLLYWOOD - Movie veteran Shirley MacLaine is always on the look out for a toyboy becausemen her own age and older can't meet her sexual needs.
At 71, the Oscar-winning actress insists she still has a very active sex
life, but she can't count on mature men to fulfill her in the bedroom.
She says, "I'd never be involved with or attracted to a man my own age. He
wouldn't be able to keep up with me. I need a man who is about 15 years younger than me--someone who is flexible and fun and energetic."
MacLaine admits she's often upset by those who are shocked by her love of
sex: "I met Oliver Stone recently and he asked me if I still make love. I
became so furious that I threw my glass of wine in his face.
"It's amazing how men think that women no longer have sexual desire once they
reach their 60th birthday... No one asks a handsome or healthy 70-year-old man
whether he still makes love or not. It's often assumed that women over 70 are
no longer sexual beings."
