HOLLYWOOD - Screen beauty Sienna Miller is so furious with fiance Jude Law after headmitted enjoying a month-long fling with his children's former nanny Daisy Wright, she has stopped wearing her engagement ring.
Miller, who met Law while filming Alfie last year, dutifully took to the stage in London's West End last night in a production of Shakespeare's As You Like It--but she couldn't bear wearing the $36,000 diamond-encrusted ring Law gave her on Christmas Day.
Miller's world fell apart on July 17 when British newspaper the
Sunday Mirror published Wright's account of her steamy affair with the
32-year-old Closer hunk, while she looked after one his children during filming
for upcoming movie All The King's Men earlier this year.
And her mother Jo is shocked by Law's public admission that he did stray from
her daughter: "Never in a million years would I have suspected that he would do
that to my daughter.
"Sienna is probably too angry for tears at the moment. It is anger and
betrayal. We have been speaking regularly and neither of us has had too much
sleep. But she is an absolute trooper, my Sienna. She has always been very
strong.
Even though Miller is heart-broken by her fiance's infidelity, her mother
doesn't know whether these revelations will signal the end of her engagement.

She adds, "She has spent the last couple of days in the country, staying with
friends. I can't comment on whether they will stay together. It is their
affair. They have to work it out."
Meanwhile, Law has admitted he cheated on his fiancée Sienna Miller in a
public apology to her.
In answer to the reports, Law has confirmed that he was unfaithful to
Miller. He says in a statement: "Following the reports in today's papers, I just want
to say I am deeply ashamed and upset that I've hurt Sienna and the people most
close to us. I want to publicly apologize to Sienna and our respective families for the
pain that I have caused."
Law divorced Sadie Frost in October 2003 after a six-year marriage and three
children.
