HOLLYWOOD - Troubled star Anna Nicole Smith lost another battle in court yesterday, after a judge in the Bahamas threw out a case she had filed against her landlord.
The former reality TV star had sued G. Ben Thompson claiming he had no basis for evicting her from her home because it had been given to her as a gift.
According to entertainment Web site TMZ.com, the latest ruling clears the way for Thompson to proceed with his eviction lawsuit against Smith.
Smith and Thompson were once romantically involved and he claims she told him he was the father of her baby, Dannielynn.
The former Playboy Playmate quickly recanted her claim after learning Thompson had undergone a vasectomy several years earlier.
