HOLLYWOOD - Hollywood star Wesley Snipes is being sued by his former talent agency, who insist they are owed back commissions on movies including 2004 release Blade: Trinity.
In a suit filed yesterday at California Superior Court, lawyers for the United Talent Agency claim the actor has been paid at least $13 million for the action sequel, paying just $717,000 in commission to the company.
UTA accuse Snipes of withholding a further $584,000 from Blade: Trinity alone, with a further $2 million outstanding from three additional movies.
A spokesman for UTA refused to comment on the legal spat. Snipes' manager was unavailable for comment.
