HOLLYWOOD - Britney Spears' bodyguard has been served with legal papers as part of her current custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Daimon Shippen received a deposition subpoena on Monday night after parking his car in Santa Monica, California.
Federline is seeking to strengthen his case to gain full custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James by serving court papers to those closest to Spears.
Shippen is the second person to receive a subpoena after Spears' cousin Alli Sims was served on Sunday.
