HOLLYWOOD - Troubled singer Britney Spears has failed to regain visitation rights to see her two children.
In a closed-door court hearing on Tuesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled against changing a previous order banning Spears from seeing her kids.
The singer lost the right to spend time with her sons last month after a breakdown at her Beverly Hills home at the end of a scheduled visit, which resulted in a three-hour police standoff.
Neither Spears nor her ex-husband Kevin Federline--who retains custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1--were in court.
