Sylvester Stallone just doesn't know when to quit, does he?
Having written, directed and starred in his last two mostly flops,
Rocky Balboa and
John Rambo, the multi-threat (!) will do the same for his
next film The Expendables. Though at least this time he won't be carrying the whole thing on his own shoulders. Jason Statham will co-star, and Jet Li is in final negotiations to join in as well for the actioner (surprise!) about a team of mercenaries on a mission to overthrow a South American dictator. It starts shooting in February. Meantime, Stallone also is believed to be prepping yet another
Rambo film.
