Step Up 4. This will truly be the uppermost of all steps to date.
In order to prove just how universal the power of dance is, the producers have hired all new actors—and not just new to the franchise; they're new to acting entirely! Ryan Guzman and Kathryn McCormick will headline this installment in the dance-sation that is this winding stairwell of a film series. Guzman has, up until this point, been modeling his way through this misty American era. McCormick had a stint on So You Think You Can Dance (she was clearly right).
As with most things, onscreen and off, Step Up 4 will be in 3D. This installment will take place in Miami, where stepping up is basically the only way to get ahead nowadays. Adding to the club of feature newcomers, Jenny Mayer will write the script and Scott Speer will direct.
