has confirmed reports she has adopted a third son.
The
Basic Instinct
beauty, 48, is already adoptive mother to Roan Joseph, 6, and Laird Vonne, 15 months.
In June,
Stone
took steps to be the legal mother of newborn baby Quinn, but finally confirmed her family addition to TV show
