HOLLYWOOD - Sylvester Stallone is helping Americans improve their diets by launching his own brand of high protein dessert.
The Rocky star insists the sugar-free chocolate mousse in a can is one of the
best things you can snack on.
He says, "I really believe we are what we eat but unfortunately there's not a
lot of good things to eat sometimes.
"If you look around... a lot of people have weight problems--and it's not
really their fault. It's what's there. It's almost impossible to find like
so-called wholesome food and then when you do you don't have that much time to
prepare it.
"I came up with this pudding and I know it sounds weird but that pudding has
one carbohydrate, has 20 grams of protein... I love this stuff."
