Their shows couldn’t be more different, but Saturday Night Live star Fred Armisen and Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss have at least one thing in common: love!
The two have announced their engagement, which comes just a week after they were outed as a couple.
Moss’ publicist confirmed the news to E! Online, while the actress herself admitted to usaweekend.com, "It happened just a few days ago...It’s private, so I don’t want to share the details of how it happened, but I will say it was perfect."
Moss is nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award (airing Sunday at 8/7c on TBS and TNT) for her portrayal of Peggy Olson on AMC’s hit Mad Men, while Armisen, a longtime versatile player on SNL, is best known of late for his send-ups of Barack Obama.
