Exactly two weeks after undergoing a successful double mastectomy, Giuliana Rancic decided to return to work on Tuesday. Earlier, the E! news host tweeted about her excitement of going back to work, writing, "Back at work today since surgery. Excited to be on set of @ENews. I've missed my 2nd family (co-workers and you guys!!!) #thankful." Shortly after her December 13th surgery, her husband Bill Rancic said the doctors reported there is "less than a one percent chance [the cancer] would reoccur." - Over the holiday weekend, Steven Tyler's girlfriend of five years, Erin Brady, was spotted wearing a gigantic diamond ring on her left hand while in Maui. Sources told TMZ that the couple are engaged, but no actual confirmation about an engagement ring has been made by Tyler or Brady themselves, so all we can do right now is speculate.
