Michael Lohan was arrested last night in West Hollywood, after his girlfriend accused him of domestic violence. He was booked for inflicting corporal injury, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization. A lieutenant told People magazine, "Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 PM regarding a domestic dispute. He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of and has been cooperative."
