The 'Glee' Club Adds Some Music to Synchronized Swimming in New Pics

Amid the previous set of Glee images depicting an homage to the great pre-Glee dominator of high school hallway singing that is Grease, we caught a flash of a shirtless Trouty Mouth facing off with his apparently no-nonsense swim coach, NeNe Leakes. In this latest batch of photos from McKinley High, we get a more in depth look at what we’ll be seeing in regards to the high school’s swim team.

And it looks like there’s going to be a whole lot of synchronizing swimming. And singing. And, apparently, dressing. New Directions is suited up in some borrowing-from-the-old fashioned bathing suits, and seem as excited as any fan of the show must come to expect from them—seriously, for a bunch of kids going through emotional turmoils, it doesn’t take a lot to make them really happy. At least for the length of a scene.

Glee returns to Fox Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
