The One Percent may be a recent term, but the idea of the money-grubbing man at the top isn't something new. It's been a trope of movies for decades. In the new film, Tower Heist, Alan Alda plays Arthur Shaw, a money wiz so cold, he screws all of his employees out of their retirement money.
