The Reign of Eminem Is Over


HOLLYWOOD - Oh happy day! The reign of Eminem is over. Backstreet Boys After eight weeks atop the Billboard Album Charts, rap’s fastest-selling artist in history was knocked off from the top of the chart by a multi-artist, non-soundtrack compilation.

"Now That’s What I Call Music 4!" -- which features songs from the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Mandy Moore, Eiffel 65 and more of Eminem’s least favorite artists -- made music history by selling 320,000 copies to debut atop the charts. The series has sold 55 million copies worldwide to date.

Spears’ "Oops!…I Did It Again" held on to the No. 2 spot, followed by Eminem’s "Marshall Mathers LP," Nelly’s "Country Grammar" and Papa Roach, who shot up three spots to No. 5 with "Incest."
