The Hollywood Reporter says this trailer of Three Musketeers is a combination of a Sherlock Holmes and Resident Evil, and that employs "all out action" and slo-mo of glistening swords. It notes that director Paul W. S. Anderson was aware that using excessive shots and striking sequences was the only way to get that kind of a movie made in today's climate. But do you know what I see? I see a lot of stuff that has been done before, not done very well. Not even the stuff we've seen before is interesting, like a facial haired and sword-wielding Orlando Bloom. "Oh yes, please give me more of what is currently in abundance!" right?
