Justin Timberlake and Rihanna Double Up at MTV VMAs

HOLLYWOOD - Pop superstar Justin Timberlake and R&B beauty Rihanna each collected two awards at the MTV Video Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday.

The "SexyBack" hitmaker was presented with the Male Artist of the Year award and a prize for Quadruple Threat of the Year.

Meanwhile, 19-year-old Rihanna was awarded Video of the Year and Monster Single of the Year, both for her hit summer track "Umbrella."

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie beat Rihanna and Beyonce to scoop the Female Artist of the Year prize, while Gym Class Heroes picked up the award for Best New Artist.

Fall Out Boy won the Best Group Award over nominees Gym Class Heroes, the White Stripes, Maroon 5 and Linkin Park.
