HOLLYWOOD - Tori Spelling is flying from Canada to be at the side of her ailing father Aaron Spelling in Los Angeles, following his stroke on Sunday.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress was attending the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto with her new husband Dean McDermott when she heard her TV mogul father had collapsed.
Tori tells People magazine, "Dean and I will be traveling back to Los Angeles to be by my dad's side. We thank everyone for their love and concern for my dad during this difficult time. It means so much."
Tori's brother, Randy--a former Sunset Beach star--is also flying from filming in Miami to visit his dad today.
Shooting down reports of a family rift, Randy says, "The truth is that we love each other very much. This isn't Dynasty; this is real life, and we're dealing with my dad's medical condition with his best interests at heart, and as a family."
