I've got a dog and three cats, but penguins are still my favorite animals. That's why I loved Happy Feet so much. Not only did it focus on the cutest creatures in the Arctic region, but it was also a humorous and heart-warming piece of entertainment. The trailer for the sequel has just hit the web, and it looks...kinda derivative. Sure, the first film featured plenty of singing and dancing, but this footage makes me think that director George Miller just ran out of ideas and forged ahead with the film nonetheless. Needless to say, I've got a feeling that it's going to be more Cars 2 than Toy Story 3, but who know...it could turn out to be as good as the 2006 Best Animated Feature Film Oscar winner.
