We all recognize Sam Trammell as True Blood's Sam Merlotte, the lovable bar owner/animal shifter in Bon Temps. Well it looks like Trammell and girlfriend, Missy Yager, are about to do a little shifting on their own -- into parents! It has been confirmed that Yager gave birth to twin boys on Tuesday, August 9th. Reports claim the whole process went very smoothly and the new parents are very happy. Sure, they're happy now, but just wait -- having two babies may mean double the love, but also double the diapers!
Sam and Missy have been dating since 2003 after meeting each other while performing on Broadway. The couple have been highly anticipating the birth of their brand new bundles of joy. In fact, the True Blood star recently tweeted saying, “We’re just waiting for the babies to come. Any day now." Looks like the happy day has finally arrived. Congratulations to the happy parents! Your True Blood fan base just increased by two (when they're old enough to watch it of course).
