Turner won't say whether he'll quit AOL Time Warner

HOLLYWOOD - Ted Turner has refused to comment on numerous published reports that he will

not renew his contract with AOL Time Warner when it expires at the end of

this year.

In an interview with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution,

Turner said, "I have nothing to say at the present time. There's a lot of

speculation, and I'm not going to either confirm or deny."

Turner did tell

the newspaper that the tragedy at the World Trade Center had caused him to

fall into depression and that he is currently taking anti-depressants.
